Ebay purchase of the month:
A Handbook of Type and Illustration £8

There are loads of great pages in this but the cover is the icing on the cake!

This was listed on ebay a few weeks ago, it is a 1950-60s Boat Bar with light fitting, it is 1m wide and 1.5m tall. I own this exact bar and it is a complete hassle every time I move, yet I can not bare get rid of it. The one above went for £99, and even that won’t persuade me to give mine up.

To all my housemates past and future, and my boyfriend who had to squeeze it around his narrow hallway, I am sorry. I really am.
